Boat pick-up from pier, friendly staff, exceptional service, diverse breakfast options, lovely garden ambiance. Exceptional hotel experience. Wonderful location and facilities, unique boat transfer. Romantic riverside garden, professional and friendly staff. Helpful and nice staff, opulent building, convenient boat transfer. Nice bathroom in room.

The location of the hotel is incredible, right on the waterfront and just a short boat ride away from the bustling nightlife and key tourist destinations. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with clean and luxurious bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond, providing excellent service and even preparing a breakfast box for early departures. The hotel also offers a lovely pool and a restaurant with amazing food.

We had a unique experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always quick to assist us when we needed transportation from the pier. The location, just across the river from all the madness of the city, was perfect. We were able to easily access the shopping belt and tourist areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was great. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Everything was fantastic. The hotel was really good in every aspect.

This hotel provided the luxurious amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. the outdoor swimming pool, spa centre, and sun terrace were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. the full body massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. the room was spacious and had private facilities that made me feel exclusive.
The noise level. Even though this hotel is located in a peaceful garden area, the thin walls between the rooms made it easy to hear other guests.
